How do I use my monthly races?

Book them in the members app. Open Book, pick a day and time at your lounge, add anyone racing with you, and confirm. Each Quick Race uses one credit; a Double Race uses two. Your remaining credits are always shown on your dashboard, and you can book same-day.

Where's my membership card?

It's digital now. Your membership card lives on the app's home screen with a QR code the front desk scans to check you in when you arrive. The code refreshes on a timer, so a screenshot won't work; tap it to enlarge for the scanner. Show the same card at the bar and kitchen for member pricing. Add the app to your home screen so it's always one tap away.

When does my membership start, and when do credits reset?

Your membership is active the moment your first payment goes through, and your credits are available immediately. Credits reset every billing cycle on your renewal date, which is shown on your membership card in the app. Unused credits don't roll over.

Can I cancel or change a booked session?

Yes. Cancel from My sessions in the app at least 24 hours before your race and the credit goes straight back to your balance (up to three self-cancellations a month). Inside 24 hours, or if you don't show, the credit is used. Paid sessions can be cancelled and refunded by the front desk.

Which days and simulators can I book?

Racer: Monday–Friday on Racer simulators. Pro: Sunday–Friday on Racer or Pro simulators. Ultimate: any day, any simulator. Saturdays are reserved for walk-ins on Racer and Pro plans. The app only shows you the times and sims your plan includes, so you can't book the wrong thing.

Can I use my membership at both Houston and Dallas?

Racer and Pro memberships are tied to the home location you pick when you join, Houston or Dallas. Ultimate members can book at either lounge, any day. Leaderboards for both lounges are visible to every member in the app.

What happens when I've used all my credits?

Keep racing at the member rate: 10% off on Racer, 15% off on Pro and 20% off on Ultimate. The discount applies automatically when you book and pay in the app once your credits are gone. Excludes Happy Hour.

Can I share my races with friends?

Yes. When you book, add named seats for the people racing with you; each seat uses one of your credits. You need to be at the lounge with your guests. Other benefits, like member pricing and early access, are for the member only.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades are self-serve: open Change plan in the app, confirm the prorated charge on Stripe, and your new credits and perks are live right away. To downgrade, contact the front desk and we'll switch you at your next renewal.

Do I need to link anything for the leaderboards and badges?

One thing, once: in Account, verify the driver name you use on the simulators (Lounge Control) for your lounge. After that, every lap you drive posts to your profile, your Velocity Score and your badges automatically. The front desk can help if you've raced under more than one name.

What is included in the competition discount?

Pro and Ultimate members get 10% off league seasons and Race of Champions entry. It excludes Endurance races, Car Meet races and spontaneous one-off races. Contact the lounge before you register and we'll issue your member promo code.

Do members get access to live watch parties?

Yes. Racer, Pro and Ultimate members all receive Live Watch Party access. Ultimate members also get reserved seating and a complimentary breakfast at watch parties. Upcoming watch parties appear in the app's Events tab.

What makes the Ultimate membership different?

Ultimate is limited to 24 members. It's the only plan with any-day booking at both lounges on any simulator, the biggest discount on extra sessions, reserved seating and breakfast at watch parties, and first access to new driving experiences, professional coaching and VIP events.

How do I update my card or cancel my membership?

Update your payment method any time from Account → Billing in the app. To cancel, call Houston at 832-627-4981 or Dallas at 972-209-5215, or visit us in store and we'll take care of it. You're welcome back on the grid any time.
