Where can they use it?

On a race booking at the lounge you buy it for. A Houston card is redeemed on Houston bookings, a Dallas card on Dallas bookings. Gift cards are for racing only. They cannot be used to order food or drinks.

How do they redeem the code?

Start a booking, go to payment, and enter the code in the Giftcard / Discount code field.

Does the card expire?

Yes. It is valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. The expiration date is on the gift card email.
